Yo-Fit Morning Workout: Daily, Monday - Friday at 7:30am

Yo-Fit ® is a fitness-based yoga program that encourages all fitness levels and abilities to participate. Done in a fun, non-threatening environment, our wellness specialist and fitness coordinator, Carrie Myers Smith, will modify the poses based on varying abilities. Whether you're a yoga pro or never stepped foot on a sticky mat before, you'll come away with a great workout - and ready to start your day with a renewed sense of self.

Morning Workout on the Fit Trail: twice per week

Join our Fitness Coordinator on our the Fit Trail, inspired by the forest around us, as you move along the Ammonoosuc River visiting fitness stations along the way. With a combination of aerobic and strength training, this program will take care of all of those calories you consumed thanks to our culinary team.

Personal Trainer Program

We offer several options for those looking for more individualized workouts. Clinics are hands-on learning experiences and are personalized as much as possible according to each individual's needs. If you're looking for even more personalization, you'll want to consider one of our personal training options. All clinics and training sessions can be booked with your reservation or upon your arrival to the resort. Actual training session times must be made in advance with our resort fitness coordinator, Carrie Myers Smith. You may contact her directly to inquire about available times at fitness@mountwashingtonresort.com.

    by appointment: One-on-One Personal Training
    Perhaps it's been a while since you worked out, and you need to jumpstart your program. Or maybe you regularly hit the gym, but aren't getting the results you want. Take advantage of working out with our fitness coordinator, Carrie Myers Smith. No matter what your fitness level or knowledge, and whether or not you've worked with a trainer before, Carrie can help you take your program to the next level.
    Cost: $85/guest

    by appointment: Small Group Training
    Would you like to work with a trainer but don't need the one-on-one attention (and cost)? Small group training is just what the trainer ordered. Gather up 2-5 of your friends and workout together with Carrie Myers Smith, our resort fitness coordinator. Not only will you still get individualized attention, you'll also have the fun and camaraderie of working out in a group setting.

    Cost:

    • 2 people: $65/each
    • 3 people: $50/each
    • 4 people: $40/each
    • 5 people: $30/each
